Global pioneers to address BioAsia 2026 in Hyderabad on February 17 & 18

Two-day conference will bring together some of the most influential scientific leaders

Global pioneers from the world of science, artificial intelligence (AI) and biopharmaceutical innovation will converge in Hyderabad as BioAsia 2026, Asia’s premier life sciences and healthcare forum, gets underway on February 17 & 18.

The two-day conference will bring together some of the most influential scientific leaders, AI visionaries and industry CEOs who are shaping the future of next-generation medicines and digital-first healthcare.

Held under the theme “TechBio Unleashed: AI, Automation & the Biology Revolution,” BioAsia 2026 comes at a defining inflection point for global healthcare, as artificial intelligence and programmable biology rapidly move from research labs into real-world drug discovery, development and manufacturing.

Among the global pioneers addressing the conference are Dr Stefan Miltenyi, Founder and President of Miltenyi Biotec; Dr Howard Y. Chang, Chief Scientific Officer of Amgen; Pushmeet Kohli, Vice President of Science at Google DeepMind; Madeleine Roach, Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations at Sanofi; and Anton Groom, Chief AI Officer at MSD. Besides Dr Despina Solomonidou, EVP & Global Head – Technical Research & Development, Novartis (Switzerland), Rashmi Kumar, SVP & Chief Information Officer, Medtronic (USA), Eamonn Warren, Group Vice President – Manufacturing (API & Dry Products), Eli Lilly (USA), Badhri Srinivasan, Group CEO, Unilabs (Switzerland) will also address key sessions across the two days.

The conference will open with inaugural addresses by A. Revanth Reddy, Chief Minister of Telangana, and D. Sridhar Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics, Communications, Industries and Commerce, reaffirming the State’s commitment to positioning Hyderabad among the world’s leading life sciences hubs.

A special Telangana Rising Vision 2047 session will outline the State’s long-term roadmap for AI-enabled R&D, advanced biologics and next-generation biomanufacturing, reinforcing Hyderabad’s role as a global TechBio innovation ecosystem.

Across nine high-impact sessions and a marquee CEO Conclave, BioAsia 2026 will host global leaders from top pharmaceutical, MedTech and AI organisations, alongside leading Indian innovators, making it a definitive platform for collaboration, insight and investment in the life sciences sector.
